Create a capture key

Create an API key whose emails are composed and stored, never delivered: it can send single and batch emails and read them back with GET /captured-emails, held to its own daily cap. Requires a full_access key.

List captured emails

List the messages capture keys composed instead of sending, newest first. Kept for seven days.
