By accessing or using Postflare ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users, including individuals and organizations that create accounts, access the API, or otherwise use the Service.
Postflare is an email sending platform built on Cloudflare infrastructure. The Service provides:
The Service may be used to send broadcasts, including marketing emails. You must follow applicable unsubscribe requirements and anti-spam laws, and send only to recipients who have given the required consent.
To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to create an account.

Deliverability is shared across the platform, so we require every sender to maintain the following rates:
The Service monitors bounce and complaint rates. When sending crosses the configured bounce or complaint thresholds, the Service automatically pauses sending and alerts our operations team. A person reviews the account and may resume sending or suspend the organization. Sustained sending above these rates, or sending that violates this Acceptable Use Policy, may also result in the measures described below.
We actively monitor for abuse. Accounts found in violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may be:
You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
Wherever these Terms, the dashboard, or our documentation state a number of emails, one email means one recipient address on one message. A single API request naming multiple recipients in to, cc or bcc counts as one email per address. A request naming 100 addresses therefore consumes 100 emails from your monthly allocation, not one.
Emails you receive through the Service count towards the same monthly allocation as emails you send.
An email counts towards your allocation when we perform the send on your behalf — including when the recipient address is refused because it is on your suppression list, and including when the message is subsequently bounced or reported as spam. An email does not count towards your allocation if you cancel it before it is sent, if it is scheduled and has not yet been sent, or if the Service fails to compose or dispatch it.
A full description, including how broadcasts sent to a segment are counted, is published in our quota and sending limits documentation.
The Service is offered in plans. The monthly email allocation, the number of sending domains, and the other limits and features of each plan are as described in our pricing, shown on the Billing page of your organization's settings in the dashboard. Daily sending limits may also apply and depend on your plan, account age, and domain verification status. Sending requests that exceed a daily limit are rejected.
